The Present.

I have been away from this blogging world for quite some time. Due to the examinations, cricket coaching course and marriage preparation. Yes. I got married. Your tuan tanah telah successfully dipuankan. The reception went smoothly, Alhamdulillah. Thanks to friends who came memeriahkan majlis, and most of all thanks to the people who have supported me all the way (you know who you are).. I know it’s hard, but thank you for believing in me and my decision.

Marriage life does not differ much from being single. I still do the same things I did before, love the things I loved before and hang out with the same people I hanged out with before. Added with the fact that my other half and I live far away from each other, the difference is almost non-existence. Only thing that change is the size of my family. It’s getting bigger. Now I have more relatives. More people to care about and more people to care about me. More responsibility as well. kena telefon mak sendiri and mak mertua juga. More places to go jalan2.. More, more, more lah pokok pangkalnye…

Overall, I am happy with my decision and my life right now. Perkongsian Pintar means “What’s yours are mine and whats mine are mine” (Soya, 2008). Haha.. Just kidding.. Problems are inevitable in daily life whether you are married or not. The important thing is to be patient and try not to take on too much on trivial matters. sounds like counselling session lak.. But anyway, I am also grateful to Allah for a wonderful partner who patiently help me through this journey.

This week I am going through a briefing session before going to school for practicum. I am nervous and at the same time I am excited. Nervous to handle a classroom all by myself for a first time. And excited because it is finally happening, putting all the things I have learned in these five years into practice. I pray that this experience will be beneficial and a great one for me and my friends.

dah berapa minggu tertangguh nk tulis entry ni sbb kekangan masa..
masa cuti term seminggu yg lepas,
riuh mulut aku bercerita pada mak tentang abg jual kerepek di station LRT masjid jamek..

sebenarnya aku tak boleh lupa..
teringat betapa gigihnya dia mencari sesuap nasi..
abg ni kurang bernasib baik..

tanpa kaki dan sebelah tangan dia meniaga kerepek yg di bungkus dlm pek pek kecil..
dari jauh terdengar laungan bersemangatnya "kepek! kepek!"
betapa kuat iltizam dalam diri dia nk mencari rezeki yg HALAL.
menyedarkan aku yg hidupku sebenarnya penuh dengan rahmat dan limpahan rezeki..
membuat aku bersyukur.

Pointy shoes with killing heels matched with tight, revealing and damn expensive dresses.

Why do many women succumb to the modern stereotype meaning of beauty when really it’s themselves that they are hurting?

Honestly, having a mud of cosmetics slapped on your face literally feels a Royal Doulton dinner plate is sticking on it. The time you spent on putting them on and removing them away… Not mentioning how much money you spent on them… It’s just ridiculously expensive. And what with shoes, handbags, dresses, the Apocalyptoic accessories, the sunscreen lotions, night lotions, daily lotions, moisturizers, toners, hydrating cream, various types of essences…

Aren’t they all invented to make us spend more time in front of the mirror than reading a good book, improving ourselves, or making more money?

Don' get me wrong, I'm not against taking care of appearance, being smart and looking nice...

But hey... to what extent are we willing to go?

What is the yardstick to measure the beauty in a person?

Every year in any beauty pageant, one of the answers from the beauteous will state that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that beauty comes from within, and that internal beauty is eternal. Yet, they all come in fancy, stupid-looking dresses, hair and make up all done to the finest perfection.

Any idea why?

Because the internal beauty is less appreciated nowadays.

Because it’s invincible.

Because it’s left unnoticed.

Because it’s easier to be a plastic toy.

*External hard disk for computers is easier to carry around, but they all crack easily too.

which one is your choice?

sempena dgn pilihanraya msia yg akn dtg,
kolej sy pun nk buat jugak election pd 28/2 ni...

sejak dari hari pencalonan lagi dah mula nampak,
wlpn ada yg x reti buat kje..
tetap nk sibuk2 calonkan diri...
tapi tu lumrahlah, manusia dan pangkat..

bila dh mula penamaan calon,
kempen pun mula...
ade yg cool, ade yg x berapa..

but 2 things are observable..

1. ketidaktelusan dlm proses pilihanraya kolej ni..

ade ke patut, akn ada 3 calon yg di pilih oleh HEP,
maksudnye, klw dia menang ke, x menang ke, tetap menang..

mana punya kitab ntah..
setahu aku satu masa dulu gaya authoritarian seperti ni
hanya diamalkan oleh dia ni dan puak2 nya..
itupun tahun 1945, slps bbrpa tahun menguku besi,
akhirnya dia bunuh diri..


2. ramai individu berkaliber yg malas nk melayan.

bertitik tolak dari kebusukan cara pilihanraya dilaksanakan,
ramai yg berkaliber menolak utk jd calon..
ade juga yg tercalon tu berkaliber, tp sepatutnya boleh ramai lagi..
hasilnya, kempen yg dijalankan kebanyakan berunsur hari kantin sekolah.
ucapan atau penamaan calon disambut dgn sorak dan ''boo",
seperti yg terjadi di gelanggang sabung ayam di filipina.

finally, atas encouragement dan tunjuk ajar kengkawan yg dah lama berblog,
wujud juga blog nih..

bukan apa, sbg pembaca setia cerita kehidupan org lain,
kawan2 syorkan buat blog sendiri, baru la interactive...
sambil membaca, boleh juga menulis sampai lebam cte2 sendiri..

so insyallah.. walaupun x reti hal2 IT, tetap akan diusahakan.
dulu pun aku bertatih dulu sblm berjalan..
